By using Where Da Trucks you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Where Da Trucks is operated by Tooleyo LLC.

Where Da Trucks is a general-audience service and is not directed toward children under 13. You must be old enough under the laws where you live to create an account.

Anyone can browse, search, and view food truck listings. You agree to use the site for its intended purpose — finding and sharing food truck information — and not to interfere with how it works.

Food truck owners can claim a listing (“Claim My Truck”), request a new listing, and manage an approved listing (“Manage My Truck”). Claim requests and listing requests are reviewed before approval, and we may approve, decline, modify, or remove a listing at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

When you claim or manage a truck listing, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to manage the business listing
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have permission to upload the photos and other content you submit
• You will not impersonate another business
• You will keep your information accurate and up to date
• You understand Where Da Trucks may review, approve, modify, or remove listings
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your schedules, locations, menus, and business information

• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, hateful, or obscene content
• Do not attempt to access other accounts or bypass security
• Do not scrape, overload, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
• Do not use the site to spam or harvest contact information

You keep ownership of the truck photos, food photos, menu images, descriptions, and business information you upload. By submitting content you give Tooleyo LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote Where Da Trucks. This license ends when the content is removed, except for copies retained in routine backups or where required by law. See our copyright and content complaints page.

The Where Da Trucks name, branding, site design, and original content belong to Tooleyo LLC. Truck names, logos, and menus belong to their respective owners.

Food truck schedules and locations can change without notice. Where Da Trucks does not guarantee that a listed truck will be operating at a particular location or time.

• Map pins and addresses are approximate and may be out of date
• There is no guarantee of food availability, hours, prices, or event participation
• Menus and pricing shown may be outdated or incomplete
• Always confirm directly with the truck before making a trip

The site links to food truck websites, social media, review platforms, event pages, marketing resources, Food Truck Goodies, and other third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, transactions, or availability.

Where Da Trucks is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

To the extent allowed by law, Tooleyo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on listing information, schedules, locations, menus, or third-party sites.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we may change, pause, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We may also update these terms; the “last updated” date shows the most recent change.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing state — to be added by the site administrator], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
